1. About these terms

These terms explain the permitted use of the Kristian’s Painting website. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Kristian’s Painting, a painting business serving Perth, Western Australia.

They relate to use of this website and making an initial enquiry. They do not replace a quote, a painting-services agreement or any rights you have under Australian law.

2. Enquiries, quotes and bookings

You can use this website to learn about our services, view examples of work and request a free quote. Sending an enquiry or uploading photographs does not, by itself, create a booking or an agreement for painting work.

A site visit may be needed to assess the surfaces, preparation, access and scope of work before a quote can be provided. Any scope, price, timing, payment terms and other conditions for a project will be set out in the relevant quote or agreement.

Please provide accurate contact and project details, and let us know if they change. An automatic acknowledgement of your enquiry is not confirmation of a start date. Please contact us directly if you need to confirm an arrangement.

3. Website information and images

We aim to keep the website accurate and current. Service information is general and may not cover the condition or requirements of your particular property. Please discuss those details with us before making decisions about your project.

Project photographs show examples of work. The appearance of paint colours and finishes can vary with lighting, screens, surfaces and products. Reviews reflect the experiences of the people who provided them. Neither photographs nor reviews promise an identical result for every project.

We may update website information when services or business details change. Website changes do not, by themselves, alter an existing quote or agreement.

4. Using the website
